The learning is effective and meaningful only where the use of resources is present. It is of no use for educators to teach and give information about the concepts to the learners and leave the teaching and learning resource outside the scope. Learners understand better when they are engaged with resources. Furthermore, to ensure that there is inclusion in the process and that learners with all their different styles of learning are catered for, resources should be brought to their disposal. Most of the learners understand better when they see and do things themselves. As such, they need to be given opportunity to engage with resources and solve problems and come up with solutions as a way of transforming how learners were taught in the past.
