Shell Project Launch

Shell is officially part of the Maths Centre projects and we launched the project at Lungisa Primary school in the East Rand on the 9th of June 2017. The Shell project consists of 8 schools in Ekurhuleni South, 5 primary schools focusing on Maths and 3 high schools focusing on Maths and Science.

Shell-The bigger picture

Ntobeko Mogadime from Shell spoke about how it was important for them to give back to the community. Shell chose these 8 schools from Ekurhuleni because they have their own deport built in the same are. “Shell wants to create an impact in the South African Education sector, especially in Maths and Science.

Left: Seipati from Ebohleni Primary school spoke about the great work that the Maths Centre/FNB has done for their school. They built a Maths hub which the school children love and they adopted Share and Shine. (Right)
