My name is Manchala Sithole and I went to Makhosine Combined school. The Maths Centre installed the spirit of moving forward, working hard and being independent. I was given an important tool of being able to approach most of my problems; I can simply say that my life took a 180 degree turn because of them. I got exposed to different opportunities with the Maths Centre and Trudon. I am still doing well at the University because of the key which they gave me in grade 10. The mentality of persevering was permanently mounted in my life.I managed to score 98% in Maths and 94% in physical science, got a bursary from the Sasol Inzalo Foundation and got accepted at the University of Pretoria to study BEng Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering. I was able to achieve all of these great things of the Maths Centre’s and I am very grateful.
